Refund policy

Returns – We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only if the box is unopened and in its original condition. To request a return, email us at contact@stackgardens.com with your order number, image of the package, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues – Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at contact@stackgardens.com with photos and your order number. We will ship a replacement part to you at no expense. 

Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@stackgardens.com.
